1. Business Skills

Your Problem: Most coaches come out of coaching school with a dream (I did) to create a profitable coaching practice.

2. Coaching Skills

They do a little peer coaching, some coaching family & friends (for free) and maybe a few paying clients.

But they never develop their coaching skills any further than that. And clients don't pay for mediocre coaching. Would you?

Our Solution: In club fearless we have an entire library devoted to coaching mastery.   We have clients (non coaches) come into class and we coach them live in front of the room and then we extract all the learnings from the session. 

This is  game changer.  It's the fastest way, I know to develop your coaching skills quickly and easily.
